I love new seasons. Seasons of life, seasons of the weather, food seasonings, you name it haha. Today we brought in the new month with a new season kind of. It has been decades (okay not really but a long time) since it has rained in SoCal and it FINALLY did. I was actually a bit excited too. On our way to the new location of the acedemy this morning it was pouring, I almost felt like I wasn't in LA for a sec. The new location we went to was a bit different, it felt like we had more time though. Time to eat, talk with one another, it was quite nice to be honest. I feel like although we went through this long academy with one another, we havent really got too close and with only 3 weeks tillI graduation it'd be nice to do so. We practiced drilling again, marching, and pivoting, - I'm really hoping we all look sharp on graduation. Oh yea and we took our pictures too which I'm not too happy about but let's hope Amie-Chan takes better ones. It's bittersweet thinking about it all coming to a close but every season does.
After a long day I finally got home to my messy room and relaxed for a bit and headed out for some Chinese food with my family which was nice. We don't all go out as often with one another so it's nice going out and being on a good note with one another. We had a good laugh even though I was dead tired the whole time (idk how I did 8hrs of school before btw). Tonight I'm sleeping like a baby.
Lord I thank you for my family. I thank you for all the opportunities you have given me in this new season. I pray that as this new one leads up, I would give my all to you. Teach me to be a leader and to be able to hear your still quiet voice. I love you. In Jesus name, Amen
