Today was an eventful day I might say. Usually when I have days off from work I try to put them too use considering I'm busy the rest of the time. So today I was able to clean my precious vehicle (that I am so grateful for if I may add). I get so lazy when it come to cleaning and washing it but the outcome of it is just wonderful. After lolly gagging I went to the mall with my wonderful cousin and we had some nice quality time together! Bought some lady supplies and had girl talks, the norm.
Later in the evening I would have to say was the best part of my day. I went to the bridge with le bff. It's funny how even though we may or may not plan to go to church there is always something in the message that will speak to you and I definitely had one of those days. The message tonight kept pulling me on the direction of 'being connected and giving my all to God.' There has been so many distractions lately and the only thing I need to do is reach to God do that he can reach me. Just like in a my relationship there has to be effort on both sides! I also got to see an old aquaintance from school that we (me and em) met a while back and it's always nice to see people you know striving to reach God!! Although sometimes I may not get what I want out of a message I love how God still shows me these small yet important things in my life. It just goes to show that you can run away from God but He is definitely still always there waiting for you or me, to come back.
